One of the most rewarding parts of my healing journey was consciously finding new ways to add more pleasure into my life.

The small moments,
The little pockets of joy throughout my day,
The laughter in my belly,
The peace within my mind,
The happiness within my heart

Allowed me to feel an overflow of pleasure, where there was no longer the need to get pleasure in self sabotaging ways through food.

I found true pleasure, happiness & joy in my LIFE and the moment I started to feel this, was the moment I started to feel more at ease with food.

It’s inevitable to feel less impulsive with food when you feel so fulfilled and are overflowing with both small and big bursts of pleasure, and I want you to experience this too!!!
