STOP EATING TRIGGER FOODS LIKE IT'S YOUR LAST CHANCE.

A 4-week program where you’ll choose one food that currently feels hard to control and learn how to feel safer, calmer, and more normal around it, without avoiding it forever or turning permission into a free-for-all.

So instead of buying chocolate, bread, cookies, chips or ice cream and immediately spiralling into, “I need to eat this all now because tomorrow I’m starting over,” you’ll learn how to slow down, feel safe, actually enjoy it, and move on with your day.

Because right now, you might think:

👉“I can’t keep cookies in the house.”
👉“I can’t buy the chocolate”
👉“I can’t have bread around”
👉“I can’t be trusted with chips, ice cream, sweets or anything that feels like a trigger food”

And honestly, maybe you have a lot of evidence for that.

You buy the food and tell yourself, “I’ll just have a little.”

But then a little turns into more.

And then more turns into standing in the kitchen, eating it faster than you even want to, feeling like you’re watching yourself do it but can’t stop.

It doesn’t even feel enjoyable anymore.

It feels frantic, secretive, panicky, almost like you’re going through an out-of-body experience.

Then afterward, you’re hiding the wrapper, feeling gross, promising yourself you won’t buy it again, and thinking:

“See? This is why I can’t trust myself.”

Avoiding the food forever is not the solution.

Because yes, keeping it out of the house might make you feel safer temporarily.

But if you’re still obsessing over it, fearing it, thinking about it, and then bingeing on it the moment you’re around it, the food still has power over you.

Trust With Trigger Foods is where food stops being something you need to obsess over, avoid, or demolish the second it’s around.

Not by forcing yourself to only have one bite or turning it into another rule.

But by building actual trust with yourself around this food.

This is for you if:

👉 You’re tired of keeping trigger foods out of the house, only to obsess over them anyway

👉 Every time you buy the food, you end up eating it in a frantic, secretive, “what is wrong with me?” kind of way

👉 You know avoidance isn’t the answer, but you’re terrified that giving yourself permission means you’ll spiral even more out of control

👉 You already feel uncomfortable in your own skin, so the idea of allowing yourself to eat this food feels scary

👉 You want to feel normal around sweets, bread, pasta, chips, chocolate, cookies or ice cream, but right now that feels impossible

You’ll learn how to:

→ Buy the food without automatically turning it into a “well, I already started, so I might as well eat it all” night

→ Keep it in the house without obsessing over it

→ Eat it without going into a secretive, panicky, out-of-body state

→ Have a realistic amount without turning it into another strict food rule

→ Know when you’re craving it versus when you’re having an urge to binge

→ Say no to an urge without making it restriction

→ Stop feeling anxious every time that food is around

→ Feel more neutral around it instead of feeling like it has power over you

I know it can feel so scary to allow yourself to eat food that’s been deemed “bad” and “off limits” for so long, especially when you already feel uncomfortable in your own skin.

But you’re not broken and you can feel normal around food again.

Maybe you’ve tried to let yourself have trigger foods before and it backfired.

But did you have a step by step process?
Did you know whether you were having a craving or an urge?
Did you know what time of day was safer to practice having it?
Did you know what to do if you ate more than planned?
Did you know how to stop one binge or session of overeating from turning into “see, I failed”?

That’s what makes this different.

YOU ARE NOT BROKEN.

WEEK 1: WHY YOU "CAN'T JUST KEEP COOKIES IN THE HOUSE"

You’ll choose one trigger food to focus on and uncover why it feels so powerful right now.

You’ll walk through the exact thoughts, feelings, actions and results that happen every time the food is around, so you can see why “I can’t trust myself” keeps becoming more evidence that you can’t.

Then, you’ll create a new association with the food so it starts to feel less scary, less urgent and less like something you need to eat before you “start over tomorrow.”

WEEK 2: Craving or Binge Urge? Know When to Eat It and When Not To

You’ll learn the difference between genuinely craving your trigger food and feeling an urge to binge on it.

So instead of either avoiding it completely or eating it the second the thought pops into your head, you’ll know when to enjoy it, when to pause and when you actually need a tool.

You’ll also have your first intentional experience with the food, where you learn how to slow down, feel safe, actually taste it and eat it without going into a secretive, panicky, out-of-body state.

WEEK 3: Stop Making Every Bite Mean You Failed

This is where you’ll stop turning every experience with the food into a test of whether you can be trusted.

You’ll learn what to do if you eat more than you planned, feel anxious with the food in the house or have a moment where you want to say, “Eff it, I already messed up.”

Instead of throwing the food away, restricting the next day or deciding the process isn’t working, you’ll learn how to use every experience to build more trust.

Because trust isn't built by eating perfectly and never overeating. It’s built through repetition, safety and not punishing yourself when you ate too much or even binged.

WEEK 4: When You Stop Wanting the Food… But Want to Want It

You’ll learn what happens when the food starts losing its power and you suddenly don’t want it as much as you thought you would.

You may even miss the ritual, comfort or excitement the food used to give you, and that can feel really weird.

You’ll learn how to move through that stage, recognize how much your relationship with the food has changed and create a plan to keep building trust after the program.

So the food can be in your house, you can enjoy it when you genuinely want it and move on with your day without feeling like it controls you.
