STRATEGY: Course based video modules teaching you how to regain control with food, release food guilt, cope with your emotions without food, no longer feel anxious when going out for dinner & being able to eat normally again.
MINDSET: Teaching you my exact Root & Rewire Process so you can get to the root of your binge eating & rewire your brain so you no longer feel the urge to binge!
ACCOUNTABILITY: You get access to daily group communication and 3 group coaching calls every week to receive expert coaching from Lorna & the ability to surround yourself with like minded women who will never make you feel alone.
BREATHWORK: There are group breathwork sessions every month with Lorna to help you reduce stress/anxiety, release limiting beliefs, let go of past trauma, cope with your emotions without food and become less impulsive.
BONUS MOVEMENT PLAN: Get a custom movement plan to help you feel good in your own skin & create a healthy journey fuelled by self love.
