And, become so connected to your intuition and your body’s wisdom to know when to indulge in your favourite foods and when it’s time to give yourself some tough love to say “I’ve had enough”

TRAINING 3: FILL UP YOUR BADASS CUP & MASTER YOUR HOLIDAY HABITS & ROUTINES

The Holidays are a busy time and prioritizing yourself, your mental health, habits, routines & energy is a must. This is where you’ll find a healthy balance between taking time to rest while also having the highest standards to still move your body, prioritize sleep & your badass routines despite it looking different than normal. You’ll become a master at having boundaries in place to protect your energy & inner peace.

TRAINING 4: WALK INTO EVERY SOCIAL EVENT RADIATING WITH BADASS CONFIDENCE


You get to feel like an unstoppable badass in your own skin, deeply love the woman you are and light up every room with your presence and energy. This is where social events stop being all about the food and where you get to show up unapologetically as yourself. You’ll know how to navigate triggering comments from family/friends and not let it impact your mood or how you choose to eat the rest of the day. This is where you own who you are, the food choices you make and radiate with badass confidence with every social event you attend.

TRAINING 5: THE POST HOLIDAY BLUEPRINT FOR A SMOOTH TRANSITION

While most people feel lethargic, bloated and exhausted after the Holidays wondering how they’re going to get back on track after being on a sugar high, you’ll have the simplest blueprint to follow to transition into your normal routine once the Holiday festivities have ended. You’ll be eating your regular meals, enjoying leftovers with complete ease, honouring your cravings as normal, moving your body as regular and feeling like the badass you’ve always been.
