Understand why you binge
Release what keeps pulling you back
Support your body, emotions, and nervous system
Change what happens between the urge and the binge
Become the woman who trusts herself around food
You’ll understand how your brain works, why you feel impulsive around food, and the habitual roots that can drive binge eating and emotional overeating.
Instead of blaming yourself or wondering what’s wrong with you, you’ll finally be able to see the pattern clearly and understand why this keeps happening.
In this phase, you’ll release the shame, food rules, judgment, all-or-nothing thinking, and perfectionist mindset that keep the binge cycle alive.
You’ll learn how to stop treating one imperfect choice like it ruined your whole day, return without punishing yourself, and create change without restricting or trying to control yourself harder.
You’ll learn how to support your body and regulate your nervous system in everyday life. You’ll build new ways to process big emotions without automatically turning to food, explore intuitive eating step by step, and reconnect with your hunger and fullness cues so you can recognize what your body needs and be able to stop eating when you’re satisfied.
This is where you begin learning how to respond to yourself instead of automatically reacting with food.
You’ll learn how to interrupt the automatic patterns that lead to bingeing, emotional overeating, late-night eating, and feeling out of control around trigger foods.
You’ll have practical tools to use the moment an urge hits, so instead of fearing it or immediately giving in, you can pause, understand what’s happening, and practise a different response until it begins to feel more natural.
Because an urge can be present without controlling what you do next.
This is where you stop seeing yourself as “the binge eater” hiding a shameful secret and start stepping into the badass woman you have been becoming throughout this journey.
You’ll shift the beliefs and identity that have kept you feeling broken, powerless, or like you’re the exception and build the self-trust to keep moving forward even when life is stressful or imperfect.
You’ll learn how to navigate imperfect eating days, stressful seasons, holidays, travel, and body-image struggles without spiralling or feeling like you’ve undone all your progress.
So instead of constantly worrying that old habits will come back, you’ll trust yourself to keep moving forward, turn binge-free days into binge-free months, and allow food to become one of the least interesting parts of your day.
